Harolds Academy is strategy driven with its Vision, Mission and Values underpinning the Strategy.
Harolds Academy commenced in November 2016 with classes at Form 5 and Form 3 with a total enrolment of 60 students. Owing to excellent results and the pursuit to offer quality education in an enabling environment the intake has been progressively rising to over 250 students and is projected to increase.

The Academy, in order to ensure good governance and administration has at the core of decision making a board of directors that closely works with the Principal, Head of Departments and Educators. Parents and guardians play a pivotal role in the governance and administration of the Academy. The independence of the Principal school administration and the Board of Directors is maintained by separation and duties and a clearly defined roles, responsibilities and duties of the Board of Directors and the School personnel (Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Departments and Educators).
